Wall Mural for Jamie Oliver's new restaurant

Jamie Oliver's new restarant "Barbecoa" opened last week to rave reviews. If you have been lucky enough to get a table there over the weekend or to visit the inhouse Butchers Shop, you will have noticed the funky mural we printed for the walls!

Jamie has teamed up with American chef Adam Perry Lang to create Barbecoa restaurant - a celebration of the relationship between fire and food. The designers chose our new Pre Pasted wallpaper for ease of installation and the odourless properties of the PVC free wall covering and Latex ink technology. As the wallpaper was to be installed in a food preparation environment this aspect of our product was vital.

Doodle Wall - The Decorative White Board

We have just installed this "Doodle Wall" for our Sales team at Printed Space.

Fed up with boring white boards around the office we developed a wallpaper that can have any image printed onto it, but the surface can be written on with dry wipe marker pens and easily wiped off.

This gives our wall space a very practical use but also provides a decorative feature in the office.

Doodle Wall is a great idea to have in your kitchen to replace the shopping lists on boring chalkboards, or in kids rooms - as if they need an excuse to draw on their walls!

Doodle Wall costs £80.00 per square metre (+vat), and can have any image, vector design or illustration printed onto it.

Room with a View (a 360 view actually!)

A wallpaper concept that is becoming increasingly popular is the "360 degree view".

Here is an amazing example of one we installed this month. Our client's teenage son wanted a view of New York from his bed - so that's exactly what we gave him! We got in touch with a New York location scout who had imagery he had taken from the observation deck of the Empire State Building for the King Kong film. He created a multi shot panoramic, stitching a number of photos together to create a seamless 360 view, which we then cropped and manipulated to suit all 4 walls of the bedroom.

We made a matching motorised blackout roller blind for the window so his "view" was uninterrupted on that wall.

The Royal National Hotel

Our installation team have just got back from fitting out one of the restaurants at London's Royal National Hotel. A beautiful unique design by Adam Ellis, printed onto our "Tactile" textured wallpaper gives a luxurious looking and feeling result. The Hotel are that happy with our work we will be back again in the Spring all being well to apply further murals.
